NyZeal creates enough distance and space to notice, to reflect, to see ourselves, our relationships and our organisations more clearly, to remember what matters — and from that awareness, to recognise the choices available in how we participate.

We do not believe development begins with somebody else providing the right answer.
Experience can interrupt familiar patterns. Reflection helps us notice. Awareness expands what we can see. Meaning helps us understand what matters within what we see. Choice becomes possible when alternatives become visible. Participation is where the work returns to life.

Development begins with attention.
We work with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations through speaking, facilitated experiences, developmental programmes, systems thinking and longer-term organisational relationships.
Speaking and Ideas – Keynotes and talks that introduce ideas, interrupt familiar patterns and open useful questions.
Workshops and Facilitated Experiences – Participative work that helps people explore what matters, how they lead and how their choices shape the conditions around them.
Programmes and Developmental Journeys – Deeper experiences that use sustained time, reflection, relationship, nature and practice to support meaningful development.

Awaken
Reconnect. See. Choose.
Awaken is a three-day human-development programme in Hemsedal, Norway. It creates space to step away from everyday noise, reconnect with what matters, see recurring patterns more clearly and explore the choices available from that awareness.
The next Awaken in Hemsedal is planned for May 2027. Exact dates and registration details will be published once confirmed.

NyZeal grew from a friendship shaped in the mountains of New Zealand and lives now stretched across two hemispheres.
Aotearoa New Zealand brings openness, movement, adventure and direct experience. Scandinavia brings stillness, reflection, systems awareness and a close relationship with nature. NyZeal lives in the conversation between them.
Our work can take place in a conference room, within an organisation, in Hemsedal or in other environments chosen because they serve the people and purpose. Nature matters, but it is not the only place meaningful work can happen.
